You can download the package Ott-Orgel for free, if you agree to the license. You can read the license also in the documentation.

I suggest you use a download manager that can resume downloads in case the connection gets lost. The MD5 Checksums are calculated using MD5. Whoever doesn't want to use the command line, a GUI program for calculating MD5 Checksums exists also.
